RATE ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

We aim to process all orders within 72 business hours of purchase. We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will make sure to contact you by email.

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Once processed, your order can take between 5 to 15 business days to be delivered. Please note that delivery times may vary during the holidays.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Import duties, charges, and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase. If you choose not to pay the customs charges, your order will be returned to One Two Terra. We will provide you with a refund for the product, but not the shipping.

 

TRACKING AND INSURANCE

Please note that where possible, we will send you a tracking number for your order. Insurance comes at no extra cost to the customer. Once the parcel has arrived at the destination, One Two Terra no longer provides insurance.
