Ethos
Due to the perpetual rise of tides and drastic shift in heat over the last several decades, environmental activism is more important now than ever.
Since the early 1970s, section 2.2.3 of Canada's Changing Climate Report reveals that global ocean temperatures have been steadily rising by an estimated 0.11° C per decade. Alas, it doesn't end there. Researchers documented record low levels in Antarctic sea ice extent throughout 2017, which transpired from strong warming at high latitudes (see Figure 2.2).
Thus, environmentalism acts as a vessel in the education of the biological and economical importance of preserving our natural resources, in anticipation to reduce the detrimental impacts made by man. Nurturing
the relationship between humanity and nature is key to pushing big businesses toward green and sustainable development, and promotes the conservation of endangered animal and plant species.
At One Two Terra, our preeminent goal is to reconnect you with nature, in hopes of utilizing our business as a vehicle for change. We are overdue to break free from plastic and make better decisions when it comes to the products we buy, which is why we are dedicated to delivering you the most natural, sustainable skincare. We long to educate the world about the vulnerability of our forests and oceans due to human activity, and the pivotal role we play in the urgency of its restoration.
As late politician and environmentalist Gaylord Nelson has said, "If we continue to address the issue of the environment as though we're the only species that lives here, we'll create a disaster for ourselves."
LEARN HOW WE'RE MAKING A CHANGE
The road ahead is undoubtedly challenging, but it's not impossible with a collaborative effort. This is why our foundation is built on increasing awareness and igniting our generation to make eco-conscious choices for our
planet.
While we want to empower you to make great decisions, this doesn't mean you need to change your lifestyle overnight. Reshaping the world starts with small deeds. Perhaps you'll opt to ride your bicycle to work a few times a week, or commit to using reusable bags when you shop for groceries. Whatever it may be, we're here as a guide. Let's take action today for a greener tomorrow.
