RETURNS & REFUNDS
Changed your mind? You can return your product within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). It must be returned unused. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email with the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced products may be refunded. Sale items are final.
We will only replace a product if it is defective or damaged during the delivery process. Our policy doesn't apply in cases of incorrect product choice, so please choose carefully. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at email@example.com with proof of the defective or damaged product.
To return your product, a ticket must first be submitted to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon approval, we will provide you with the address of return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
