Why is my credit/debit card not being accepted?

Your billing address must match the information on file with your banking institution or credit card company. If you believe there's been an error, please get in touch with your banking institution or credit card company so they can provide further clarification.

 

How do I track my order?

When your order has been completed and sent, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include tracking information (where possible). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

We don't usually accept changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.

 

How do I return my order?

To return your product, a ticket must first be submitted to our customer care team on our Contact page. If approved, we will provide you with the address of return. You can learn more about this by reading our Returns policy.

What type of payment methods does One Two Terra accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interact, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

 

Does One Two Terra have gifts cards?

Gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75, and $100 here. These are redeemable online only and cannot be exchanged with another product.

 

Can I purchase products if I reside outside of Canada or the United States?

Currently, One Two Terra is available only to customers in Canada and the United States. We are working to sell to more countries in the foreseeable future.

 

Are all One Two Terra products natural?

We don't use synthetics, toxic chemicals, or artificial ingredients in any of our products so we can provide you with the utmost sustainable, eco-conscious skincare.

 

What are the benefits of having an account?

Creating an account on One Two Terra allows you to track all your purchases, billing, and order information. You can also change, remove, or store multiple shipping addresses to expedite the checkout process.
